The Corner's first Mexican restaurant continues as a casual, margarita-happy place. Open mic night brings 'em in on Mondays. The are also two more locations in the area, one across from Sam's Club in the Riverside Mall at 2291 Seminole Lane and in Staunton at 9 West Beverley Street

Since 1989, Baja Bean Co. has taken pride in serving only the freshest products. We take all the necessary steps to ensure good, quality, healthy, Southern California style Mexican foods. We cook our own chips, make the guacamole daily, and chop hundreds of pounds of fresh tomatoes every week to give you REAL salsa. Our margaritas are made to order, with real fruit.
